TERMS + CONDITIONS
If you're more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and reschedule your appointment to an available time slot that day (subject to availability). Unfortunately we are unable to push back appointments as we need to respect the appointment times of others after you.
All applications are inclusive of our false lashes. You will be asked to choose between a selection of lashes, however should you wish to change your lashes once they have been applied, an extra fee may occur due to strict Occupational Health and Safety guidelines.
All out of salon bookings require a minimum of two people.
Bookings that take place on a Public Holiday will incur a 20% surcharge.

In the event that your preferable makeup professional is unavailable on the date requested, a replacement will be assigned with as much notice as possible.
When selecting a makeup look, please select from @EffieMia_ Instagram account only. We ask that you do so, so that you are able to understand our style & training of makeup application.
You are required to attend your booking makeup free. Please do not apply any creams to your face that may contain SPF or may not work well with the products we apply to your face.
You are required to notify your makeup artist prior to your booking if you have any significant allergies that may affect the outcome of your application.
We do not recommend mascara, eyeliner or false lashes for clients that are already wearing eyelash extensions. We do not recommend this as using makeup removers to remove the makeup we have applied for you, may cause lashes to detach due to the oils in the makeup remover. Clients wearing eyelash extensions that choose to wear [any sort of] eye makeup is at their discretion and we do not take responsibility.
BRIDAL TERMS + CONDITIONS
If we do not receive confirmation of your bridal booking within one week of your bridal trial, we cannot continue to hold the booking for you.
All bookings require a $100 deposit to secure your reservation.
All applications are inclusive of false lashes.
It is important for us to respect your time schedule on your special day, so we ask that all members of the group are present at the time of the booking. This will ensure that we are able to complete everybody within your preferred time frame. If members do not show up at the timing of the booking, this will unfortunately cause us to cancel their service.
